Put down your pitchforks and torches and pick up your mouse and keyboard. Type and click your way to a new music marketplace. Throw off the false yoke of this media dictatorship and together, we can rewrite the rules. The music industry has fed us plenty of rebellion through the years and taught us to rebel for the sake of rebellion, but we have something worth fighting and IT IS THEM! DO NOT give these people a cent of your money! If you like an artist, go and see them perform, buy their merchandise and wear it proudly, but DO NOT BUY THEIR CDs. If only .5 cents of every CD goes to the RIAA, that’s still .5 cents supporting your oppressors and that is .5 cents too much. I WILL NOT pay for the lawyers that will sue me and my fellow citizens of the world. I WILL NOT pay for the lobbyists who continue to push for unreasonable damage awards from their consumer base. You shouldn’t either. These people are the enemy. Plain and simple. They are enemies of the people and whether the government supports them or not, we absolutely CAN NOT support them ourselves.
